As Marketing Director at Equilume, you’ll take full ownership of U.S. and Global marketing, shaping a unique brand at the intersection of science, innovation, and the equine lifestyle. You’ll lead strategy and execution, driving integrated campaigns, overseeing digital channels, and building a high-performance marketing function aligned with Equilume’s vision. From collaborating on Western Pleasure event campaigns to designing Instagram content that turns heads — this is a role for a strategic doer, a creative leader, and someone who knows the horse world inside and out.

Position

As Marketing Director you will 

  • Develop and execute annual U.S. marketing strategies in line with global business objectives

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and in-person events

  • Own brand positioning, product messaging, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report KPIs

  • Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to support new product launches and seasonal pushes

  • Drive growth through digital marketing, SEO, email campaigns, and CRM tools

  • Oversee trade show participation and equestrian event marketing

  • Partner with veterinary clinics, influencers, and resellers

  • Lead internal and external creative teams, including graphic design and brand sponsorship

  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies

What you can expect 

  • A full product training on high end products for the equine industry both in the US as well as in Ireland 

  • A base annual salary range of +/- $90,000 and an annual bonus of +/- $30,000 paid quarterly

  • Up to 2 trips/year to HQ in Ireland (Visa-free EU travel required) 

What we are looking for Education/ Experience/ Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Animal Science, Equine Science, Life Science or Business  

  • Are a proven marketing leader ready to scale a brand

  • Understand the heartbeat of the equine world and its diverse customer base

  • Can flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution

  • 4+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally within animal health, equine, or life sciences sectors

  • Are energized by building something with purpose — and love getting results

  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of competence in digital marketing and copywriting

  • Confidence and self-direction in working remotely

Musts

  • Current valid driving license / own vehicle 

  • Willingness to travel nationwide & occasionally to Europe and beyond

  • Ability to travel to the EU Visa Free
